The way DHCP relay works (at least on Cisco boxes) is it just passes
broadcasts to that ip-helper address.

Do you know of a way to setup a linux box acting as router to do this?
I'm wondering if dhcrelay just listens for DHCP packets, or it listens
for
other stuff too. I don't have a way to test it at the moment..
