[bf1942] DICE update: in-house Linux server

I don't think so, but you'd have to check with the company
lawyers to be sure :-)

So don't quote me on this but DICE /is/ serious about its
commitment to delivering a Linux BF1942 server and was so
long before the petition appeared.
