[bf1942] Jerky lag on linux servers

It would be nice if the BF1942 client had an option to show Packet Loss %
like many other games do. It sure feels to me when I experience the jerking
back and lagy turning that is is packet loss, but there is no way to see it
on the client, well not that I know of anyway.

Something I see on the client end of things is... when I get out
of Anti-aircraft guns, it REALLY doesn't want me moving. For ever
5 feet I move forward, I get jerked back 3. Even if I'm not
lagging at all (15 ping)...
