[bf1942] BF 1.3 linux server FTP

I didn't test it personally but the one on Icculus is THE original that
a dozen people have installed and working.
According to previous messages on this list the server is supposed to
show errors. You can just ignore most. Read the readme-file...

Just be shure you have ownership and access rights correctly. And that
you have unpacked the files with the correct directory structure.
