1.3 BFlinx expired?

I've downloaded a linxed BF 1.3 server, customized serversettings.con and
tried to run it.

But I get this message:

but the readme file says it shouldn't expire for at least 5 more days, snce
the readme itself was dated in Jan 17th 2003.

I don't believe that all 1500 online servers are running on Windows!
