[bf1942] Announcement: BF1942 linux server 1.45 available

DC 0.39 is compatable with 1.45, no problems. BUt 1.4 and 1.45 arn't 
compatable. I'm glad they release .39 before 1.45, I've been having a 
blast playing with it, and they wouldn't have been able to add anything 
significant due to the 1.45 patch, imo.
