[bf1942] Announcement: BF1942 linux server 1.45 available

I've held off for the moment and still seeing normal player numbers on
my 1.4 DC servers so might be worth waiting for a while rather than having
a half unusable server. Not sure why DC didnt wait a bit longer to release
0.39k so it was compatible with 1.45 tbh.
