Thats how I read it and I asked a friend here, who's a copyright
lawyer, and that how he interpreted it too.

Interesting I thought I rembered from the forums that it was the
other way round.

Please let us know ASAP on that as we will need to inform our
customers that we can no longer support BF1942 if the static
binary is dropped, well unless you can do us a FreeBSD compile
that is :P
