[bf1942] Statically linked version to be dropped--licensing

Well I can say this for one if your breaking the licence so is the
Star Trek Elite Force server as they ship a static and a dynamic
version. From my reading your in the clear by also shipping the
dynamic one. Taking the following logic if shipping the dynamic
version doesn't break the licence then additionally shipping the
static to does not fall fowl of:
"If you link other code with the library, you must provide
complete object files to the recipients, so that they can relink
them with the library after making changes to the library and
recompiling it. And you must show them these terms so they
know their rights"

As the ability to run with a library with changes is viable via
the dynamic version.

Losing the static version would be a terrible loss I know anyone
using FreeBSD like our selves would be out the game for
starters :(
