[bf1942] Rcon Password

On my Server adminremote is running, but the server is still instable.


GOGOGOGOG RYAN, we would play BF42 on Linux.

With good pings & no lags, in think of the "%&§/$% Windows Servers,
there are using 70 % CPU when you have 1 Player playing.

1: EnableRemoteConsole currently blocks, and then segfaults, the server.
Known
issue, check Bugzilla.

2: Server console commands go in ServerAutoExec.con, which I don't
believe gets
re-written.
