[bf1942] Help getting a server running

(The difference in process information is because when the server changes
maps, it respawns the program with different command line options.)

Make sure:
1) Your firewall is letting the ports through
2) In your ServerSettings.con, you are set up for Internet serving.
3) If you are on a server with multiple network cards, it might be having
trouble. Known bug.
