Correct full working Openal

Thise one works nearly perfectly for me.
Sound is stereo & there are no strange sounds for me.
Sometimes there is little deformated sound but little not so much taht with 
current openal

Gentoo & Live 5.1

unpack
cd openal/linux
./autogen.sh
./configure --enable-arts --enable-vorbis
cp src/libopenal.so.0.0.6 armylocation/armyops1x0/System
rm armylocation/armyops1x0/System/openal.so
ln -s armylocation/armyops1x0/System/libopenal.so.0.0.6 
armylocation/armyops1x0/System/openal.so

I use arts insead of SDl & emu10k1 direct drivers inside bcouse i preffer 
compatibility iwth system tools like kmix.
