[armyops] Poor Gfx performance

That is VERY normal.

The FPS always lowers when your on a server. I also remember a while back,
the guy that is in charge for SCI said that FPS adjusts to the lag of the
people on the server.

Also, even if you had 200ms ping and someone on the server had 500ms ping,
you'd lag more than a 200ms ping because the server waits for the 500ms ping
guy before it sends you data.

...or something like that:P

Those FPS are pretty much normal, specially for your video card. The FPS was
also reported to be lower than UT2003 by the Dev team, and icculus DID say
(if i remember right) that the performance ain't optimal yet:)

If i am wrong on anything, please correct me.
