Self-extracting Airstrike distro for Windows

Hello all,

I created a self-extracting distro
for Windows.  This should make Airstrike
more accessible, removing the need to
chase down DLL's and so on.  I can also
provide the Inno Setup config file, in
case you'd like to migrate that back
into the main source tree.

If Windows people could test this on
their setup, let me know if there are
any issues...
