[airstrike] Airstrike autoconf and rpm building stuff

Thanks for your work! I'll try to merge this with the rest of
the tree (But I think it is better to put the pov files in a
different package, and only include the binary images in the main
tree).

I'm currently travelling, and won't be back until 11/11, so don't
dispair if you don't see any activity until then :)

I don't really know autoconf, so the might be some stupid questions
coming your way soon..
