This usually means it's looking for the Linux glibc and can't find it 
(and Unix returns a number for the error here, thus the extremely 
unhelpful "not found" when what it really means is more like 
"./mohaserver-bin was found, but something it relies on was not")

I don't know anything about FreeBSD, but there's probably a Linux compat 
package you need to install/upgrade to solve the issue.
