[ut3] customer satisfaction...

Hello List

I think the Computer and perhaps specially the Software Industry doesn't has the pressure of other industries from their customers.
They can just say "Well we have a problem and you customers now just wait till we figured it out!". And we dumb customers
just accept that.

When i think that eg. in the electric/electronics industry (where i work) you lose customers when you even delay by a few days on
some products. Or you make some small mistakes in the production/development and you will never ever get a contract again.
And you are even lucky if you don't get sued into the ground.

To say it simple. I'm really pissed of.
