[ut3] Server not showing up in game browser *partially solved*

The first part of the server listing in the browser is your profile name.
The second part is from ?ServerDescription= in your command line.

 

Go to this link and convert your ASCII server description into the encoded
format.

So it will look like this in the server browser.    profilename
serverdescription

same problem here, how we can put another name ? where's the valid INI (
config ) file ?
