Dropped Players & Cant Reconnect problem

Any idea when we can expect a patch to fix the dropped players bug?  Seems
to be affecting a lot of the linux servers out there and id like to see this
as priority #1 mainly because its kind of a show stopper for anyone wanting
to host a *nix server.  I can supply a log file if you need one and I can
probably get a few other people to supply their log files as well.
