ut3 demo server linix startup error

Hi all,
I am trying to setup the demo beta server on linux. I am using Debian
AMD64 (lenny) with 32bit libs installed.
I am trying to start the ut sever using this command:
ut3demo server

It fails with the following output at the end:

I hope you can use it to find the problem.
Another question is, does anybody has a full list of ports which are
needed to be open and outgoing connections, so I can configure my
firewall proberly?
