Am Donnerstag 13 Dezember 2007 schrieb Karthanis Tyr:

This only means, that you won't get hardware acceleration from a PhysX card. 
However, the SDK being available as a binary doesn't prevent licensing issues 
to occur. So it might still be that Epic and PhysX argue over licensing fees. 

However all of this is just speculation. Let's just hope it all is over soon 
and we finally get to play the game.
