UT2004 or video driver problem?

I've been on about this issue for weeks.
Not sure if anyone in the UT2004 scene noticed or not, and I posted this
on the icculus bugzilla as well.

In other news, VBO is totally broken in UT2004. Grass, bushes and sky
don't even render correctly while its enabled.
