[ut2003io] Crashes while updating games

If we're talking about the same bug, we just found the problem a few 
minutes ago...has to do with the master server in a way, so we can 
actually fix it on our end without patching the clients. I'll close the 
bugzilla bug when we do. So, watch this space:
