UTelAdSE is just a UT2003 admin application that talks Telnet as
WebAdmin is a UT2003 admin application that talks HTTP

The port UTelAdSE listens on can be anything you want (1024+ for UNIX
unless you run UT2003 as root, which is not smart)
I whish I could implement SSH for UTelAdSE, but that would require some
system depended code and stuff, not realy possible at this time.
