Make the types used by crc more explicit. (Uint16 vs unsigned short)

Use memcpy instead of a loop in Image_FromSDL.
(/Major/ loading speed boost.)

I apparently goofed at some stage and made r_lerpimages be the exact
reverse of what it should be, fixed.

Clean up Sky_InitSky somewhat, but not enough.
