[smpeg] large file support

Easiest way on a Unix system, if you're working from CVS, is this:

  cd /where/i/downloaded/smpeg
  cvs diff -u >smpeg-large-file-patch-fix.diff

And email me the smpeg-large-file-patch-fix.diff file (after looking at
it to see if it's appears sane).

If you're on Windows or not using CVS, feel free to send the changed files
and I'll merge the changes (you could reproduce the diff'ing steps above,
but it's easier to have you send the files than explain it.  :)  )
