[quake3] OpenAL

I was under the impression that BlackAura had been asked, and agreed
to submit his code to us when it was ready, but that it wasn't ready
yet.

I feel that this project would be best served if he, or someone else,
wrote an openal backend specifically against our code base, so
that we don't get other patches in as well.

Especially any patches derived from the questionable dusk3d stuff, etc.
