You are right.
If I put the patchdata (pak1, etc.) in my home directory, it works fine. But I
don't like this behaviour because I have only the choice between :
1)Put all the pak files in /usr/games/ioquake3/baseq3
2)Put all the pak files in ~/.q3a/baseq3
I would like to put some pak files into /usr/games/ioquake3/baseq3 (pak1,
etc.), then put the pak0 file in ~/.q3a/baseq3.
The game should read all files presents in ~/.q3a/baseq3, and all files in
/usr/games/ioquake3/baseq3, then use all of these files to launch the game.
Are you interested to add this feature in the next release?
