Something is quirky in the compatibility of the engine between 2007 ioq3 source
servers and a client compiled now:

Apparently fs_gamedirvar->modified is considered to be true in
FS_ConditionalRestart (while in single-gamer it isn't) when playing on ~2007
ioq3 source servers and as a result the configs (including) autoexec are
re-read without having to.

This is not a disaster but it has some irritating effects such as re-setting
fullscreen and reloading a map if an autoexec has such settings without needing
to go through that process and most importantly without the user wanting it to.
