Why is USE_OPENAL_DLOPEN usually zero, and USE_CURL_DLOPEN usually 1? Given
that neither openAL nor curl are necessary for proper functioning of the game
it would seem sensible to make sure that failiure to find or load the library
is not a fatal error.
