After mapchange clients are unable to enter chasecam mode (with MOUSE1).
The only way to spec someone is to invoke some console command, like
"follownext", which will switch view to next player.
Sometimes bug just disappears after some time spent in game, then MOUSE1 starts
working as usual, to change between chasecam/viewcam modes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Latest SVN build of ioq3ded.i386
2. OSP v1.03a (+set fs_game osp; +set vm_game 2)
3. Enter spectators and start following someone
4. Invoke "nextmap"
5. You wont be able to enter follow mode with MOUSE1, only console command.
6. (optional) After, for example, 3 mins of idling in spec, mouse button may
just start working as it should, without invoking any commands.
Same thing is true for CPMA mod, and for ChallengeQuake3 fork of ioq3ded.

Knowing what revision this first started to occur would help...
