[quake2] CD Music

Unafortunelly is linux

Thinking in alsa i tried in my old pc with no alsa installed, fully
supported sound blaster pci 128, and i got the same, game sound
through speakers, music cd through headphones plugged in the cdrom.

Any way to fix this?
