[quake2] To all the mouse problem peoples

Mouse works fine for me with both a straight PS/2 ball scroll mouse and 
USB optical scroll mouse.  Using a kernel that merges mouse events into 
a single device.  ImPS/2 driver in X, nvidia gx5200 with nvidia 
drivers.
