[quake2] Release 0.16

    Hi all.
    Today i tried to compile quake II r0.16, im my slack 10.0 machine.
    If i try to compile with alsa support it dosent compile.
    Without alsa no problems.
    I also have the mouse lag.
    My machine:

    Processor - XP 2000+
    Board - A7V333
    Memory - 512MB DDR333
    Graphic Card - MSI GeForce FX 5700 Ultra
    Sound Card - Creative SoundBlaster 5.1
    Network - Realtek 8139
