1) Add modes for TiBooks and Picturebooks

2) All the versions of Quake2MAX I could download contain PNG files, so
   I've implemented a simple PNG loader

3) The SDL GL renderer needs have_stencil, and while we're at it add
   support for a stencil buffer :)
