[quake2] Release 0.14

Hi,

Zakk, could you change the name of the binary installer, so that the
release number appears in it ?
Currently, the file is called "icculus_org_quake2.run", maybe something
like "icculus_org_quake2-0.14.1.x86.run" would be better.
