[quake2] Hello (fwd)

Dom,

After you start q2ded, does the server respond to commands? If you type:
"netstat -anp|grep q2ded", do you see the port it's listening on? If you
telnet to that port , does you get a "connected" message? Have you
activated the firewall in Redhat 8? If so, have you declared the quake2
port as accessible from the outside (see the lokkit RH tool for that.
