IPv6 & things

Hello guys & girls,

I made an IPv6 port based on quake2-0.0.7 (linux only).  It works but it's
not clean yet.
It's OK with IPv4-mapped addresses too so, it's dual-stack.

I'll send you the patch when it's pretty.

Here are the problems I have with version 0.0.7 : 
- SDL audio really slow
- Segfault in GLX (both standard & SDL) with a NVidia GF2MX
- Keyboard really boring...
