[physfs] Command & Conquer MIX archives

It's the same format, my patch read this files.

RA files are also blowfish encrypted but I will implement this part.

My plan is to maintain the code and improve it in the PhysFS library to
reduce the amount of code (%15) dedicated to this stuff in the project.
