Could you please just write it to admin at io.debian.net and 
admin at asdfasdf.debian.net - explanation:

I am the upstream developer of libphysfs and need a kfreebsd porter box 
in order to fix the Debian bug #544356 - please also install the 
libphysfs build dependencies.
