[physfs] PhysFS 1.1.1 causes corruption?

Ryan, it seems that there was a file handle still open, and when we
(tried to) remove the directory from the search path via
PHYSFS_removeFromSearchPath(), it came back with a error, and it
didn't remove it from the search path.

Is this the correct behaviour of Physfs?

There was some talk that it should not fail, and allow the removal anyway.
