[physfs] minor patch

As for other patches - seems my pocketpc patch fell through the
cracks. Applied again. It also removes unnecessary files used only
from compression when building the internal zlib. The patch is
somewhat bigger than it "should" be because I reformatted the
pocketpc.c file to match the formatting of the rest of the project
(indentation-wise at least).
