[openbox] can't see programs openbox

Hello,

your desktop panel is not part of Openbox. So, if you were meaning to
say you're not seeing running applications listed on your panel
anymore, you'll need to reconfigure the panel. You probably just
removed the taskbar by accident. This should be very easy to fix.
