[openbox] Cannot use keyboard sometimes after changing desktops

I noticed that the behaviour depends on the program. In the Firefox
based web browser the text cursor appears but in Pidgin I cannot focus
on text fields and also none of the Pidgin menus open when I try to open
them. Pidgin uses GTK+ toolkit in case that matters.
