[openbox] Compton + Transparency

Good evening, everyone.

Does anyone know what I need to get compton's --enable-transparent-visuals​
to work on a minimal system? (Arch + Xorg + Openbox + Compton)

It has worked before with a similar install, (Arch + Xorg + Openbox + LXDE
+ Compton) so I must be missing something.
