[openbox] Disappearing menus

Both files (obrc.xml and obmenu.xml) reside on the local disk, so that
cannot be an issue. Moreover, this would mean that the menus work or don't
work immedeately after a (re)start of openbox, which is not the case. They
work, and (sometimes) stop warking sometime later.

It's puzzling, isn't it...?
