[openbox] keybind matching multiple windows

This is a workaround, but you can get the list of windows in the
current desktop from wmctrl and then maximize then one by one,
presumably also via wmctrl. So you could write a small bash script
maximize-all.sh  for that, and bind it to a key in rc.xml.
