[openbox] Is there a way to remove the "Focus Dialog" (alt-tab)?

Hi Lucas -
It works... unfortunately, the next window is
immediately raised (brought to the foreground)
rather than showing the "focus outline" and
allowing the user to A-Tab through
until the right window is found...
