[openbox] adding "accelerators" to right-click menu

I have this in my rc.xml
    <keybind key="W-space">
      <action name="ShowMenu">
        <menu>root-menu</menu>
      </action>
    </keybind>
so that I can access the "right-click" menu from the keyboard instead of
using the mouse.
Is there any way to set this menu up so that when it is exposed, I would
just press, for example, b for ObConf, u for Reconfigure, x for Exit, etc.
Such a facility would be useful in a vertically lengthy menu.
