[openbox] Center Windows - Exclude Some?

I think the way to do that is to have your "global" rule first and then
make additional rules for each "exclusion". Running xprop on the
xfce4-notify window gives me:
_OB_APP_TYPE(UTF8_STRING) = "normal"
_OB_APP_CLASS(UTF8_STRING) = "Xfce4-notifyd"
_OB_APP_NAME(UTF8_STRING) = "xfce4-notifyd"
_OB_APP_ROLE(UTF8_STRING) =
